Inspired by a type of coral reef in Indonesia called Flabellate. Flabellaé has a curvy shape that winds together to represent the characteristic of the coral colony. Flabellaé uses indigofera dye on kenaf fiber, with coiling technique to show the beauty of coral reefs which are not visible from the sea surface but in fact has a big role in protecting the ecosystem. Such as a habitat for marine animals and reduce beach waves to prevent abrasion.
